I've had to lay low for the past few weeks (too much day job getting in the way), but if I can lend any support in the next couple of weeks, I'm about 90 mins from NYC.

I'd be very interested in joining you if we want to schedule a meeting with CEO and go in there representing a small group of investors from this board. It would be nice to say we represent $X of investment from Y number of investors and that we have some serious concerns about what's happening to the share price. Also, we are reserving additional investment dollars until we see a demonstrable change in actions towards investor relations.

I know she's building business w/ the elite brand for the military contracts and to be a major competitor to underarmour, but they are doing a poor job of building brand presence in the shareholder community.

If Danskin wants to get their image back on track, they have to do it on all fronts...including the investment community. Successful companies know that you need to build postive relationships with all stakeholders (clients, markets, employees, partners and investors). When you do so, each build momentum for the other and it becomes 'infectious'. However, if you ignore (or treat poorly) one or two groups, that too creates infection and not the positive kind.
