I can understand a PR about a delay with the merger, since we have been told several times that it was scheduled for completion by the end of June.
Why, though, would they even mention the additional 400K in a PR? Not because they are "fully reporting". If that was the case, wouldn't they have an SEC filing to show it? Why not just file it and not mention it in a PR? Better yet, why not just wait till the merger and add it to the 8K filing?
Makes no sense to me, unless there are other motives...
Maybe they wanted the PPS lower today for a better buying opportunity. Someone was certainly buying large blocks today, and I don't think I heard anyone here mention that they were doing the biggest buys.
Anyway, this is just an opinion, and I am just getting more confused about how this whole thing plays out. To much to really worry about, so I will hold all mine until everything becomes clearer...and worth much much more!
