I don't think there is a check . JR gives them a sub license thru SSTP and he gives them the 4 reactors .In return Biocentric finances and builds the plant . when opperable and the fuel gets sold JR gets 70% of the profits . My guess is MARCH of 08 . And when this works it will be the PROTOTYPE for Caruthersville which will be larger . PATIENCE GRASSHOPPER
