I finally got a hold of Mr. Watts. Very busy man. Probably my 15th time calling.

1) Advertisement budget: was as Penny TA stated through Global Media.

2) Share Structure: Has not changed since begining. And no change in the future is planned.

3) IR firm? Handled in house. Babybulls handles PR's.

4) Financials are being worked on as we speak, no specific date, but they are preparing PR's relating to this issue. Should be soon.

5) Uplisting: Their publically stated goal was and still is to eventually uplist to the NASDAQ.

6) Watchfire Music: Couldn't comment, PR's relating to this are in the works.

7) Football Fest: Extremely successful, met and exceeded all expectations. PR's should be out this week on it.


My overall impression is extremely positive.
