Amep has some longs changing thier tune. Only two reasons why it would be trading below NAV. One, most dont know it but they will soon find out that there is going to be a R/S (The majority is usually wrong, in this case most are assuming there wil be no R/S). Two, news on the 11 and 12 isnt what you think.
