This may help explain INNN, its 50% owned Two Way TV(US) and the relationship that INNN has with Two Way TV LTD, the holder of the other 50% of Two Way TV(US) that INNN will own 100% after the mergy proxy is approved. This will all be a lot easier to explain once the merger goes through and the current INNN becomes Two Way T(US) with Two Way TV LTD holding a 45% stake.
