Its a different market, its not what the focus is on. Go to the yahoo board and view some messages from plc_investor, as well as a few others some others, who are clearly techinically oriented or industry professionals. I have read several posts that answer your question. I am not techinically savy enough to even bother trying to paraphrase what they are saying, but there is an answer to your quetion.
