Yes, and because very few converted there BKMPP preferred (gifted) shares into common restricted shares at a cost....SW is now dumping shares into the market at 0.0001 pps......check the CMF.....not looking so pretty....

So tell me again Mary777.....how does CMF relate to or indicate dilution???
