AuGRID to Display at International Consumer Electronics Show in Las Vegas

HOUSTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Dec. 19, 2003--AuGRID Corporation's (OTCBB:AGRD - News) wholly owned subsidiary, Optipure LLC, (www.opti-pure.com), will be featuring its audio and video products at the 2004 International Consumer Electronics show (www.cesweb.org) being held in Las Vegas, Nevada. January 8-11, 2004. The International CES show is ranked the largest consumer electronics technology tradeshow in North America by Tradeshow Week.
Optipure will showcase its current line of video products as well as unveil new audio products currently under development. "We have strategically chosen the show's High End Products corridor at Alexis Park to display our products at CES," stated MJ Shaheed, President and CEO of AuGRID Corporation. "This format allows access to non-trade attendees other wise not permitted on the convention center's floor."

The Alexis Park Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas is where all the High-End Audio & Video Manufacturers display their products. This private suite arrangement allows for a more personal and realistic setting of the Optipure products in a true home theatre environment.

AuGRID Secures Intellectual Property to Advance Plasma Displays

CLEVELAND--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Dec. 12, 2003--AuGRID Corporation (OTCBB:AGRD - News) has completed the acquisition process of an intellectual property that will revolutionize the manufacturing of plasma panels. The benefits include but are not limited to extended glass plasma life, zero burn-in and rapidly adaptive properties that allow for both low and high atmosphere changes.
Initially, this technology will be utilized in Optipure's current line of plasmas with the intention to license the technology to major Asian manufacturers.

This intellectual property will spawn seven new products that impact the operational values as well as minimum and maximum tolerances of all video displays. Additionally, the application will greatly reduce the current problems experienced by manufacturers of OLED and will bring about the rebirth of the FED (Field Emission Displays).
