uWink did not provide alot of details but I think Rawnoc is close. A logical split would be the venture capital firm provides the money for the restaurant portion and uWink funds the technology. From past discussions on this board uWink will sell the technology portion for $400,000 - $500,000. uWink's cost would be less, but even if it not, getting 50% of revenue of a multi-million dollar restaurant for $500k is not a bad deal.

This is great news for uWink... I'm surprised by the low volume and lack of upward movement.

Hopefully Alissa is working her magic and we'll see something on CNBC or another network.
