my points of fear:

I have never seen a successful company AFTER a RS

Who will stop Peter, if he sell NEW shares to make money....

A RS is mostly a last chance to make money for the company, but not for us.

I lost nearly 9.000 Euro / 12.000 USD and I fear, I will never see this money back. 12.000 USD means this shareprice: 16 USD.

Sorry, I cant believe it. I will hold, but I have no faith...
