July 12.....12 more trading days.The greater possibility exists that we will see more than one PR during this time.My previous prognostication that we would not still remains a distinct possibility.There is a timeline here.There are filings with NASDAQ which are assured.I have it in good faith that we will see something this week.Thus far,the assurances that I have received have been 100% verified in content,albeit tardy in execution.I find this acceptable.We have$ 11 million in software,or so I have been told, at our disposal,a NASDAQ filing which apparently awaits execution,and a dividend.We have upstart in spades.The last thing I want to do is pimp a POS scam....I will not do that...I said we would see .05 way back,and we did-I said that .015 was in our VERY near future,and in two trading days,we reached that level.We currently sit FAR below our 200 Day level,despite this timeline and seeming exigence for shorts to fill.We will,at minimum,test .02 this week,and that is conservative.I feel that the 5th of July will be of particular import,and we will see a minimum of a nickel a share within our date of July 12.I think the JV announcement which will propel us past these levels will be delayed,in kind after the merger.This is my opinion-NOTHING MORE-we could easily go sub-penny in this timeframe,as well,but I think a nickel to be conservative at this point,based on my personal evaluation of what I THINK I know here....Bash away-I have no ego,and until we see any PR,I remain in the same boat as the rest of you.My confidence lies in the fact that we are currently within NASDAQ scrutiny,apparently for a good deal of time,and given the recent pink scare,I feel that if there were ANY discrepancies,we would have witnessed a trading halt long ago.Forgive the length of my post-I have been silent on DD,and feel that I should share my views at this point,given my participation in the unfortunate board meltdown of the past week.To be sure,execution has been suspect,but tardiness in this endeavor was predictable,at least to me.Those of you who have been in contact with me will testify to that fact...I hesitate to pump here,but I believe the JV to be a reality;I think that confidentiality and disclosure restrictions will hinder any public announcement until after the merger date...If I sound as if I have bought magic beans,please feel free to tell me so.
