Xenophon wrong?! Nothing illegal? No Federal judge and jury as Xenophon published? No bribes as he posted?? No compensation as he published?

Well... I am just SHOCKED.
SHOCKED I say!!!

Xenophon is wrong, yet AGAIN? I have evidence Xenophon has been wrong rather frequently. And NOW, evidence provided by arloco indicates Xenophon is wrong again and certainly does not point to illegal activity. No bribes? Nothing sinister?! No (as Xenophone published) "finding out who that person is, what they were compensated for putting those ScamCos in the portfolio" ???

Will Xenophon be writing an open letter of apology?

arloco has some research skills, and arloco's research has indicated Phelps allows their employees to self direct/redirect their retirement benefits. arloco's research has been published, and arloco indicates the folks that are employed by Phelps appear to be transferring their retirement funds to play the pennies. A WHOPPING $40, and the 40 bucks wasn't through a bribe as Xenophon wrote?

40 bucks and there was no sinister compensation provided? Xenophon published there are tax and securrities <sic> law implications!!! Xenophone published/announced with great bravado, a new hobby!!! - finding out who that person is, what they were compensated for putting those ScamCos in the portfolio, HOW that compensation was provided, the tax and securrities laws implications of that, and making sure that they wind up in front of a Federal judge and jury.

arloco's research would indicate no Federal judge and jury.
arloco's research would indicate Xenophon owes an apology.

I think we should not underestimate the importance of Capnmike's now-famous "Phelps Dodge" post.

Those companies are: (a) very unusual in a very special way <g> and (2) extremely unusual to all wind up in an institutional portfolio like a Phelps Dodge employee investment fund.

Finding that many related ScamCos in one relatively small stock portfolio tells me ONE THING:

whomever managed that portfolio or suggested investments to the portfolio manager received compensation (or bribes, if you prefer) for putting those ScamCos in that stock portfolio. There is NO WAY that that collection of ScamCos could wind up in the same small portfolio by pure chance.

I will tell you one thing - I now have a new hobby - finding out who that person is, what they were compensated for putting those ScamCos in the portfolio, HOW that compensation was provided, the tax and securrities laws implications of that, and making sure that they wind up in front of a Federal judge and jury.

Phelps allows their employees to self direct/redirect their retirement benefits.

CDEX for 44 shares at a value of 40.00
[As of close Friday those 44 shares are worth 7.48]

I think someone owes Malcolm Philips and the CDEX Management Team a formal written apology. That would be you Xenophon... Xenophon owes an apology for puffing out the chest, claiming schtuff about a federal judge and jury, bribes, compensation, and about what??!!! Phelps employees can self direct and there is $40 bucks involved? Perhaps that 40 will become 100 one day.

How embarrassing for you Xenophon!! I am embarrassed for you.
How embarrassing Xenophon --- arloco brings the facts to light!!!

CapnMike
