CYCLONE TECHNOLOGIES, LLLP (company name from website) has the same address as Cyclone Power Technologies, Inc (company listed on the Certificate of Domestification). So they are the same company, just 2 different names for whatever reason.

May be a possibility that the Cert. of Dom. is not authentic?

If it is authentic, is this the company that CTTJ is merging with?
