waiting 12 months would be a big mistake in my opinion. I would like to know exactly when the restriction on the management's shares ends. It is my opinion that there will be a big sell-off on that day. I'd like to sell my shares the day before this happens. But, of course, I will never know until that day comes.

Esprit Financial Group....Why are we still waiting on a public answer concerning the share structure? Avoiding this subject is causing much investor unease. Why are you ignoring your shareholders on this issue? Prove to me that you are not covering up dilution!!
