I think everyone saw on Friday what happened to a shell that was taken over by a company with big plans. GSCR was up 2,400% on Friday. VERD is a very attractive shell (share structure wise and market cap wise) that will most likely experience huge gains when a suitor is named. The difference between the shells ? GSCR had $500K in debt that was transferred to the new owners and VERD has no debt.
