I would not count him out. I think a receivership will hurt Usxp investors. You must agree with that. I will concede that the continued raising of the O/S has not helped us at all. I would even go as far as to say it is a good reason for our downfall. RA should not use an excuse to raise the O/S because of the NNS. That is not a reason to hurt shareholders. As far as money he should have enough from ME investors no?

But a receivership will put us in the hands of who? A judge? What will be their purpose? To destroy USXP and pay off the SEC and give the shareholders nothing? THE SEC is supposed to protect us. Not hurt us. Destroy us.

I rather stick with RA. imo

What benefit with the receivership have for the normal shareholder?
