Stayeven, it was to prove a point that there are all kinds of loopholes(144), and that Regulation D Rule 504 has many and YES they can float a 505 and 506 right after they filed the 504 as i have posted in links proving my point.
The 1,637,133,991 shares diluted since 12/31/06, share price range .06 to .0005(now), do you think by chance that they could have raised $1 million dollars selling all those shares with that price range, that is the maximum a 504 can raise.
Lets do the math, i think there is a chance it could be more, so what does this mean as far as the 504 is concerned, 505 or 506?
