Nelderand in reply to your PM JC has connections with those who trusted him and purcahsed LTD parnership interests in our early explorations. He knows the business and is very knowledgeable of the companies geological holdings. Bringing in a new land man would take time and I doubt we'd find one for the same or less salary. We sell partnership interests to fund drilling and use company capital to acquire new leases.
