The more I analyze this situation, the more I realize that I was right on the nose with this prediction. As I said from day one of the MSHI spinoff, the combination of TKO and MSHI were being overvalued by the market when compared with the day before the spinoff. Bringing TKO down to about the $1.60 to $1.70 level is the only way to justify the MSHI share price.

Right now MSHI has a market cap of about $42,000,000. In order to justify that market cap, you would need to bring TKO's market cap down about $25,000,000, or 60% of MSHI's value. So, considering TKO was trading between $2.00 and $2.10 pre-split, it only makes sense that it would move down to $1.60 to $1.70 with all things being equal post-split. Since all things appear to be equal, as neither company has come to the market with new revenue streams or contracts, that is where we sit.

Again, look at my posts on the MSHI board during my excommunication from the TKO board. I was telling everyone this was going to happen for that very reason. It is amazing that it was so easily dismissed by everyone when it was so obvious. And, I suck at math!!!! I guess I discounted myself too much on the math part, because I was right on the button.

Anyway, I think TKO could still head slightly lower, since they had to lower expectations from those initially released to start the year.

Otherwise, we will hover between $1.80 and $1.50 until something is released. If any more disappointment comes, we are doomed.

We need to demand a date for the 200 product. We need to demand some concrete information on GE, since that appears to be withering on the vine. Or, we can just all continue to admire MLK and his expertise. Thanks for all the emails, Walrus, Ouch, and Walt, and you are welcome. Just keep listening and you'll pick up some real jewels of wisdom that only I can provide.
