Guillen lets just change a few of your suppositions. Now you are a lathe opporator for a small one man owner shop. He is making lots of $'s and buys a big car a boat and a plane. You see him making $'s off your efforts (but it was his invested $'s and your agreement to accept the wages) Since you are unhappy you begin to turn out scrap pieces and the owners profifts drop big time. Does this seem like what we have going on? Maybe instead of turning out the scrap the worker could have had a conversation with the owner and come to an agreement on a better share of the profits. We want CB and JC to sit down and discuss the situation. He has done a good job so if he will continue he maybe should have a contract which rewards based upon achievment.
