Incorp Services are registered and active in almost every state they utilize a program called Entity Watch that keeps track of all 50 States SOS sites and as soon as a shell becomes dormant or a new company files an IPO they are made aware of it by this program.Thier Nevada office (3155 E Patrick Lane) has about 28 people working in it they also have 2 other offices in Nevada The biggest names in the office is Doug Ansell and a husband and wife team (Ray Dugray & Maria Ngo) the husband and wife team are known as The Entrepreneur Doctors and do semminars on investing and stock market stratigies Doug Ansell seems to be the biggest Filer out of all he has 2 IPO's waiting for shells to become available

He also has about 10 other companies that he has done filings for with the SEC that havent done The Primary Prospectus yet and haven't been assigned a SYMBOL the ALL STAR RESTARUANT was filed the begining of June 2007 so that is the one IMO that we should watch They are asking for an inital offering of .05 pps. I have been keeping a watch on some of the latest IPO's and they all seem to start trading a little higher than the intial offering price but then this is the first Pink IPO that I have seen the rest have been the big boards.
