sumari: " the assets of the company havent changed one iota"...think about that one....things would greatly change if CB has his way...and that change would not be good for you or me or any other shareholder now or even more so 5 years down the road...He must reasses and be more fair and recognize that he is a part(important part) of a shareholder owned public company....The share price has plummeted because of perceived greed and unfairness with his preferred shares plan and the presently proposed RS....Holding for 3 to 5 yrs is not the answer if the proposed plan is so shareholder offensive...The plan must be changed and then we hold.
