A limited number of rooms are available at a discounted rate for Friday and Saturday night (July 27 and 28) on a first come, first serve basis. While in Las Vegas, Pearce and Cornelius also met with The Palms for a site visit and are in discussions about adding an overflow space for the meeting and moving the reception to Rain, a larger nightclub within The Palms. This move is based on the overwhelming response from those that have pre-registered for the event.

"If we already have more than 375 pre-registered attendees, I can't even imagine what the numbers will jump to once everyone receives their newsletter packages.
