i was thinking about the locations issue earlier and one of the nice assets of DPDW is their 8 acre 'campus' and 60,000 sq foot building which has plenty of empty space. every company that DPDW acquires can potentially be relocated there which will further reduce the overhead of the combined companies. the LA location may be worth keeping due to the location but i think having all the subs in one location may be the best solution to maximize their synergies.
