I assume you don't have a lawyer, either. I assume you are kicking the can down the road (like the prior few years) and pretending you just have to make a few phone calls.
I dont think you are going to get the results you desire from the trustee. I think you will have to get your own lawyer or litigation generated paralled with the BK if you're getting any results. Even Marco, RCA, Maydek and gang know how to organize and file their lawsuits (even without a lawyer).
