I asked you a simple, very important question. It's not up to you to decide whether it is legitimate, as you have already stated you are not an investor and have no claim.

But I can assure you, the investors I talk with VERY MUCH want to know if they can trust you, and your rather reckless methods.

By "reckless" I mean:

They, and me, don't want Paul to be in a position to prepare an alibi or a defense until he has been served and legal proceedings have begun.

That's standard stuff, even for a legal noob like me.
