I would like to see the company buy up 1 or 2 million shares are retire them over the next 6 months

on a different note:
let's say if all our shares were maxed out, UMNG's value is X

What happens when the NIs are officially reported, and it turns out UMNG's value is actually 10X

UMNG most likely has the NIs complete and has already shopped them around. The PR today made specific mention of a financial backer in the present tense, not forward looking like usual.

Since UMNG only has 50% of it's shares issued, and if the NI say UMNG value is actually 10X, not just X, that means we should be trading 20x higher than today's PPS

I save my nice and fluffy posts for after the close and right before a long weekend :)
