ff - quite possibly apple recognized the need as a result of consumer groups that are given a player to use then come back with their wish list - this goes on all the time - also haven't you ever bought a product and filled out the Q&A card and returned it the manufacturer/ brander ??? voice nav was an innovation that isn't needed but sure didn't hurt to try it
