Apparently no matter how many times analysts hear it it just goes in one ear and out the other.

Due to a cross licensing agreement with Intel AMD is limited in the percentage of CPUs they can contract out.

This question was raised no less than 3 times in their last CC. After multiple attempts to avoid the question they acknowledged a limit exists but refused to give details. If one of these clueless analysts would read the transcripts they'd stop writing these silly stories. AMD might try it but they'll end up back in court tied up for years.
