donthavacow already explained it in his post...number of outstanding shares times their current price equals market capatalization

current market cap of $102K...are you freakin' kidding me?

reminds me of why i picked up CTKH when SP was .0002 with 600M OS and market cap of $120K...that seems to have worked out ok [10 bagger move], lol
