Thats because the person that had the bid at .40 withdrew it and paid the ask at .50. My guess.

Total shareholders' equity (Deficit) (4,190,756 ) (11,501,098 )

I see a 7 and one half million dollar improvement in one quarter in the balance sheet.

Going forward it looks like they could report double digit eps over the next 4 q's.
