Sorry to jump in but I believe I have a few answers:

In part you said, "If I have missed some substantive point about their actual agreement with ITKG please enlighten me but as far as I can tell, while they have a tremendous upside if ElectriPlast is well received and they are out there making a boat load of product, their downside is almost nonexistent."

It is reported JARCO has spent over $500,000 for one if not double that price for two assembly line machines to turn out the correct ElectriPlast pellets.

Since JARCO is not a public company they are exempt from most of the SEC Corporate Rules and Regulations and usually tell the public nothing. As far as the down side for JARCO there is plenty, being an employee owned company they have to consider the investment their employees have in the company.

Many on this board, to some degree that also includes me, are looking for immediate gratification from our investments in Integral Technologies. I'd offer that very few of those shareholders in the public sector really have any idea what it takes and how long it takes to bring a product to market: I certainly didn't/don't.

As much as I hate the silence from the Bills X2 I still believe ElectriPlast is really going to be all that and I'll continue adding to my position until someone proves to me that I am 100% wrong.

Good will always win out over evil.
