Nature007,

If a share restructuring -- after years of absolute stability, it must be said -- is being enacted, it seems clear enough that such a change is being planned as part of an inevitable shift in company profile from SunnComm to Amergence. The most natural consequence and follow-up would then take the form of announcements and PRs from AMGG.

Nature: with reference to your last remark -- if AMGG is giving itself a new foundation and a new business plan, don't you think it might be wise to understand these changes and the logic behind them fully, rather than act on the spur of the moment? It's your choice, of course, but the most immediate reflection is that a share price like that of its current range is not fully appropriate for a business activity of the type chosen -- and being vigorously pursued -- by Amergence. A rise into the range required for admission to AMEX or the small Nasdaq would bring (most probably: 'will bring') all sorts of medium-term advantages, and substantial benefits in terms of its profile.

Those are my thoughts in the interim before the company speaks with its knowledge and authority.
