yes, holycow, electroporation is just a fancy schmancy word for shocking the cells so that they become permeable. increased efficacy in introduction of whatever you want into the cells....I personally am not a big fan, lipid chemistry has come a long way and I believe would be better, but you have your proponents and opponents to any topic....
