Sent off an email to the company last Friday. Here is the email text with their very brief answer below it, FWIW.

SUBJECT: Update on multi fronts

MESSAGE: We've had no news or financials to back up current assets.

We have zero knowledge of production numbers.

LOI's still seem up in the air without an update to keep us in the loop.

It simply is not fair to investors who have provided working capital to be left so unattended.

I would like to see a change in company attitude towards informing investors in a timely and factual manner.

Yes I know you get calls and emails from investors you'd rather not deal with, but it's just from the frustration of lack of connectivity to those who helped fund current activities.

Please advise us with some facts intelligent people can digest on their investment via PR's that clarify present circumstances.
