Yes, I believe he did, as I sold most of my NYX last Friday. If you watched the show tonight, Cramer was talking briefly about NYX in the last segment, and at the close mentioned that he bought some today for his charitable trust. He then asked, "could it see 70?, yes, but, I still like it. He added that the sellers are miserable and they are not done. He then finished, "the sellers are morons and they are not done, and they'll keep hitting it." The strain is showing, even with Cramer. I'm sure he is asked constantly about this one and this week is not helping.
Call me what you like, but, I got lucky and made back that loss and then some with that NYX money in the last couple of days - with GE calls and NVDA common. I'll get back in on it later, but, time is money, and I couldn't wait any longer. The only other benefit of sell rules is you often get back a clear head when you use them - which is usually a better frame of mind for the market in general.
Good luck with this. The market is tough, and I know from experience how you guys and girls are feeling.
Besides Cramer tonight, the guys on Fast Money earlier also had a good segment on NYX and what Thain and co. are looking at for acquisitions. Hope some of you got to see that segment. If not, try to do a search, maybe someone has a recap of that show too. I like those guys and they basically like this stock too.
GL and GT.
Hang in there boy wonder.
