So If I were to put in a buy order for 1000 pdr's and only 100 were up for sell by another investor would I get 100 from Joe investor and 900 from the foundation? Or would there be a period in which people would be notified of others wanting to buy so they have the option to sell.

I.E. does your sell order have to be in first before a buy comes in?
