Did I say a THING about shareholders bringing lawsuits against companies? No I didn't. I stated what EVERYONE now knows, since the SEC finally acknowledged it, that naked short shares are rampant in every company and have a detrimental effect to the share prices. Stop changing the subject - it was about how creating phantom shares don't affect share prices, yea, right. I don't buy anything you're selling. RTB
