I see you have been very concerned about the recent activities of UMNG. I don't know if you are right or wrong with regards to that company, but the truth is that anyone who does has insider information and should be investigated heartily by the SEC.
UMNG has not publicly disclosed the name of the TSX Venture company. Period.
UMNG has not publicly (as in on their own site) disclosed who the CEO is, and what role Jonathan Morrone and Craig Calaman have in UMNG. What Equitrend says on the phone is BS to me, until they put it on their website. I want to see a name that puts their rep on the line by stating it in writing. Far as I'm concerned, the company has no CEO, or is withholding the name for reasons non-ethical, IMO. It's up to them to end that.
UMNG has continuously made promises it has not kept.
You have diligently been questioning it, and have not, from what I've seen, received a response with a name and reputation attached to it. To me, THAT is key. That is in no way to imply anyone on that board is not reputable. I am discussing a human from UMNG...not a message board poster like you or I. Why should anyone on the UMNG board put themselves out like that? It's not for them to risk. They're investors in the market. Regular, everyday people like us.
They have not filed financials. No NI43-101s of their own, as claimed. No naming of the TSX Venture company. Just new PRs claiming new things are coming.
Feel free to challenge every and any action or nonaction of UMNG right here...your discussions will be well noted.
And I have to say, Lexit's posting about ABVG and their President's history with a financier are not good signs for them or the merger, imo.
The next 24 hours should be interesting. Canada goes on break for the most part after tomorrow.
