ref: EXPH YW Lobster, this is one of the few share buybacks that is for real here in the Pinks.

CEO is going to report to shareholders each month the number of shares returned to treasury.

He can keep his word and buy back shares... why ? Because he is profitable and has the money to do it, cannot ask for more than that from a CEO.

Check out the EXPH board and look at the Ibox, you won't believe the list of clients they have, not to mention the high profile 20% shareholder that folks are just finding out about :)
