There are rich people walking around in almost every country. I still don’t understand what they are taking advantage of. The people of Iraq are poor because they have no jobs and the jobs they do have pay low wages. It has NOTHING to do with the exchange rate. As Iraq’s economy grows so will incomes… and that is what will improve the lives of the average Iraqi. It doesn’t matter if the exchange rate is 1:1 and they make 30 thousand dinar a year, or if the exchange rate is 1000:1 and they make 30 million dinar a year. It’s the exact same thing.
