As you and I pointed out, it is an old contract (February contracts are not new, but not really 'old' are they?). The question I was offering a response to was that it is not a positive for NEOM. As to your theory that since SB has not been mentioned by NOKIA since February, thus this means something; I note that NOKIA also never mentions NEOM, anywhere, so I guess we should conclude the same about NEOM as we should about SB in reference to NOKIA; save for the fact that NOKIA actuallys does business with one of the firms.
