Ok, yeah, you guys are referring to the same filing and news item which is not reported everywhere. Since they are no filings at all, we have no idea what's really going on. You can issue a 504 after 1 year from the previous and raise up to 1 MM bucks. Looking back on 1 year ago, it appears that a 504 was initiated and the year was up last month. That's when the diluters came out. They can get their money back by selling 144 after 1 year if RBID allows it: you know they would if they want to ever get investors again. And, remember that the float has increased 38 MM shares in 1.5 months? Where did that come from, assumption would be from 504 sales. If Alan is doing another 504 now, we are for sure minimum wage workers wearing uniforms at the Hilton hoping for tips! I could say more, but it would really be speculation. Alan could clear this up if he gave a Sh$t. Even the flakiest CEO's I have known have done this. ATWT, RSHN, RMDN and they are really lousy companies!!
