Guys and gals, I really think we should lay off the talk about lawsuits, SEC investigations, etc. Paul, et al may not be the best managers in the world but I do not think they are intentionally doing anything illegal. John Burge, the founder of Progas, is also on the board of a new local bank (YourBank) which is successful and is respected by businessmen in the area. I really do not think he would be involved in anything shady (I of course could be wrong...this IS Louisiana...but I do not think so).
FWIW...I have been into pbls for about 2 years riding it up and down...just waiting for the big jump. I live about 30 minutes from Madisonville but have never visited the offices there. I have tried to contact them a few times via email but have not received any reply..figured they were too busy.
This may be the biggest fraud in known history but unless we have proof of something untoward, I think we ought to lay off the (semi)threats. Lets give them the benefit of the doubt until we know something.
