(OTCBB:IACH), the premier provider of web-based employee screening systems,
announces a series of enhancements to its Perceptre product and the next phase
of its acquisition strategy.
Information Architects Corp. formally launched its agent program today. With the
thousands of agents that market products and services to the business community,
Information Architects has tapped into this marketing channel for a quick
national deployment of its background check and employment screening solutions
for small - medium sized businesses. To facilitate the sales effort Perceptre
has also launched its Pre-Packaged Program, helping the small and medium sized
business owner choose the right set of background screening searches based on
the type of employee they are hiring. With over 15 different types of background
searches available, the Pre-Packaged Programs helps a business owner by grouping
together the required searches based on the position they are hiring for.
Coordinated with this strategy are the next round of enhancements to the
Perceptre system that include the Perceptre On-Line Ordering System to allow
clients to log on and order services without the need of client support services
and the deployment of the Perceptre Subscription System that allows potential
clients to register for future services and compliance information. With these
new systems and the Beta testing of its on-line billing systems, Information
Architects Perceptre product continues to lead the industry with its on-line
pre-employment screening, background investigation software ordering system.
In addition, continuing on its strategy of acquisitions that are complimentary
to its services, Information Architects have entered into a Letter of Intent
with IMES - International Monetary Exchange Systems, a company specializing in
Pre-Paid Debit and Credit Cards primarily focused on the payroll card business
of businesses here in the US. The IMES Payroll products enhance the Perceptre
product as with Perceptre we offer the HR department the tools to hire an
employee and with IMES we offer the tools to pay an employee. In addition IMES
has entered into a Letter of Intent to acquire a complimentary company offering
a host of Pre-Paid Debit and Credit card solutions here in the US and overseas
which include banking and processing agreements as well.
