AMEX is currently unavailable for order execution
Currently, AMEX has halted trading in equities and ETFs as of 12:20 PM ET. During this time, orders routed to AMEX will not be filled. AMEX is working to resolve this issue as quickly as possible. We will be sending an update when we have more information.
It is advisable to route AMEX listed symbols to other venues.

This could explain volume problems?
