Yes, they do know what`s going on, but this is what I was getting at ... "I know all these guys personally, most of them for more than than ten years and some of them before they were asked to join the bod - these are very credible people - we all must remember the bod has little to gain but grief if misconduct/misrepresentation ocurrs" ... by sdr [BTW, thanks for sharing]
Now, I don`t know sdr nor the directors, but we do know that revenues for the quarter just ended are expected to be around $700,000, and are projected to be $1,500,000 - $2,000,000 for this quarter. We`ve also been informed that there should be little in the way of R & D expenses going forward, and that we have four MicroOS-based product platforms that are essentially bought and paid for. This, coupled with the fact that the Company has reportedly reduced its quarterly burn rate to $600,000-$700,000, could mean that we`re looking at breakeven, or perhaps even a small profit. I`m also of the opinion that the Series E CP Shareholders will exercise their Series A Warrants at $ .60, and thus provide e.Digital with an additional cash injection of approximately $1,000,000 sometime before these Warrants expire on 5-18-04.
I think that CES 2004 and this quarter will give us a good indication of just what type of revenues this Company is capable of generating, as well as how much of it ends up on the bottom line. I`m also one to believe that there won`t be any need for a "broom".
