I doubt things have changed over the last few years, but it used to be illegal to withhold material events. AMEP may be dangerously close to that line if what many have suggested is true. Of course none of us really know what is going on with the wells or in the minds of CB and the BOD. We want instant gratification and that is impossible in the real world.
