Padgett #12 horizontal could come anytime. Although in light of current crap likely to be delayed. But not known when they will release it. Regardless when they do it should have a positive impact on PPS even with RS in question. I know if the numbers are good I would not let the RS issue keep me from buying at these low prices. JMHO
